1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
12 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey or agave nectar)
2 tablespoons tahini
14 cup water
1 teaspoon salt to taste
18 cup yellow onion, chopped
2 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage, and shredded carrot.
2. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup (or honey or agave nectar), tahini, water, and salt in a small bowl until well combined to create the dressing.
3. In a hot skillet, toast the black sesame seeds until they start to jump. Remove from heat.
4. Pour the dressing over the mixed vegetables in the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly.
