2 tablespoons white sugar
1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 egg yolk
cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter, or more as needed
3 bananas, sliced into small pieces
1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup cream cheese

Instructions

For Crepes

1. Heat a small skillet over medium heat.
2. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add milk, egg, and egg yolk one at a time, mixing until smooth. Gradually add all-purpose flour, ensuring the batter is smooth without any lumps.
3. Lightly grease the preheated skillet. Pour 1/3 cup of batter and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until golden for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.

For Filling

1. In a medium-sized skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add sliced bananas and cook, stirring often, until soft for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semisweet chocolate chips and cream cheese together in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture to the bananas, reserving the rest for later. Combine bananas and chocolate mixture, letting it cook for an additional minute.
3. Fill the crepes with the chocolate-banana mixture, fold them over, and drizzle with the remaining chocolate.
