Elegant Shrimp and Dill Deviled Eggs

Instructions
1. | Start by gently placing eggs in a medium saucepan and covering them with cold water. Bring the water to a gentle boil and then immediately remove from heat. Cover the saucepan and let the eggs sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Once done, remove the eggs, allow them to cool, and then delicately peel. |

2. | Carefully slice the eggs in half lengthwise, and delicately remove the yolks, setting aside the whites for later use. |
3. | In a medium bowl, use a fork to skillfully mash the egg yolks. Combine them with the creamy mayonnaise, tender shrimp, finely chopped green onions, fragrant fresh dill weed, a dash of lime juice, quality prepared Dijon-style mustard, a hint of hot pepper sauce, and a pinch of ground black pepper. |
