Instructions

For Cake
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, cooled freshly brewed Gevalia Kaffe mocha-flavored coffee, and vanilla.
- Melt the unsweetened chocolate squares and butter, then stir in the sugar.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, using an electric mixer.
- Add 1/2 cup of flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add the remaining flour alternately with the sour cream mixture, beating thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-cup fluted tube pan.
