Flavorful Turkey and White Bean Chili
A delightful and hearty chili made with tender turkey breast, white kidney beans, and zesty tomatoes and chilies, seasoned with taco seasoning and a touch of lime juice.
Ingredients

1 | yellow pepper, diced |
2 | cups turkey breast, cut up |
1 | (15 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies |
2 | (15 ounce) cans white kidney beans or 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans |
1⁄2 | (3 ounce) package (3 ounce) package taco seasoning |
1 | teaspoon garlic salt |
10 | black olives, sliced |
2 | tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped |
1 | tablespoon lime juice |
Instructions
1. | Begin by heating olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. |

2. | Saute the diced onion and yellow pepper until the onion becomes translucent. |
3. | Add the cut-up turkey breast, canned tomatoes and green chilies, white kidney beans, and taco seasoning, excluding the lime juice. |
4. | Pour in 1 to 2 cans of water and simmer for approximately 10 minutes, or until the chili is heated through. |
5. | Season with garlic salt and adjust the spice level with chili powder or pepper to suit your taste. |
6. | Finish the chili by stirring in the sliced black olives, chopped fresh cilantro, and a splash of lime juice. |
