Instructions
| 1. | Begin by filling a large stockpot halfway with water and adding a sprinkle of sea salt for seasoning. |

| 3. | Cover the pot with a lid and allow the water to return to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer the lobsters for precisely 17 minutes, or until their shells assume a deep red hue. |
| 4. | Remove the lobsters from the water and drain them, allowing them to cool for about 10 minutes. |
| 5. | Detach the lobster tails from the bodies and twist off the claws, discarding the heads and bodies. Using a fork and your hands, extract the meat from the tails, legs, and claws, ensuring minimal breakage. For finer pieces, a pincer should be used. |
