Healthy Turkey Meatloaf
A delicious and healthier version of classic meatloaf made with fat-free ground turkey and flavorful ingredients.
Ingredients
2 | fat free ground turkey |

1 | chopped onion |
1⁄2 | cup sugar free barbecue sauce (G Hughes) |
1 | cup breadcrumbs |
2 | eggs, beaten |
1 1⁄2 | teaspoons salt |
1⁄4 | teaspoon pepper |
1⁄2 | cup sugar free ketchup |
1 | tablespoon mustard |
1 1⁄2 | teaspoons stevia |
1 1⁄2 | teaspoons apple cider vinegar |
1⁄4 | teaspoon garlic powder (optional) |
Instructions
1. | In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free ground turkey, chopped onion, sugar-free barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Place the mixture in a loaf pan. |

2. | In another bowl, mix sugar-free ketchup, mustard, stevia, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the top of the loaf. |
3. | Bake the meatloaf at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
4. | Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. |
