A delicious and healthier version of classic meatloaf made with fat-free ground turkey and flavorful ingredients.

Ingredients

2 fat free ground turkey
1 chopped onion
12 cup sugar free barbecue sauce (G Hughes)
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 12 teaspoons salt
14 teaspoon pepper
12 cup sugar free ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 12 teaspoons stevia
1 12 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
14 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine fat-free ground turkey, chopped onion, sugar-free barbecue sauce, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper. Place the mixture in a loaf pan.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar-free ketchup, mustard, stevia, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the top of the loaf.
3. Bake the meatloaf at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
4. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
