Instructions

1. | Pour 3/4 cup of olive oil into each jar. Place fresh rosemary in the first jar, oregano in the second, and crushed red pepper flakes in the third. Secure the lids tightly. |
2. | Pour 4 cups of water into a multi-functional pressure cooker, such as the Instant Pot®. Carefully place the jars in the water. Seal the lid, ensuring it is locked in place. Select high pressure as per the manufacturer's instructions and set the timer for 0 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for the pressure to build. |
3. | Release the pressure cautiously using the quick-release method, following the manufacturer's instructions, which should take around 3 minutes. |
