Instructions

Preparation

1. Roast the salmon in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, drizzled with olive oil, salt, and pepper, until cooked to medium rare.
2. Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top with the roasted salmon. Sprinkle the bonito flakes and Japanese rice seasoning over the dish. In a separate bowl, mix the hot green tea, mirin, and low sodium soy sauce, then pour over the salmon and rice.
