Pan-Seared Catfish with Mustard-Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 | pound catfish fillet, thawed if frozen |

3⁄4 | teaspoon lemon pepper |
1 | tablespoon butter or margarine |
1 | medium shallot, sliced |
2 | teaspoons mustard seeds |
2⁄3 | cup chicken broth |
1 | teaspoon Dijon mustard |
3 1⁄2 | teaspoons cornstarch |
1 | tablespoon chopped fresh dill |
1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
Instructions
| 1. | Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. |

| 3. | Pat the catfish fillets dry with paper towels. |
