Instructions
For seasoning and searing the chops | |

1. | Combine the first 10 ingredients in a small bowl. |

3. | Preheat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a 12-inch skillet. |
4. | Place the chops in the skillet, cooking 2 at a time for 3 minutes on each side. |
5. | Remove the cooked chops, wipe the skillet clean. Place it back over high heat, add another tablespoon of olive oil, and repeat the process with the remaining chops. |
