Ingredients

1 lb cut in small cubes
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons flour
1 cut in small pieces
10 ounces crabmeat, undrained
14 ounces Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
14 ounces chicken broth
8 ounces frozen cut okra
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Minute Rice

Instructions

1. In a large soup pot, sauté the kielbasa in oil until lightly browned. Sprinkle the flour evenly over the kielbasa and sauté until the flour is browned. Add half a cup of water to loosen the flour. Then, add the chicken pieces and cook for 5 minutes until barely done. Stir in the crabmeat, tomatoes, chicken broth, okra, Worcestershire sauce, and rice until the mixture is smooth. Heat thoroughly and simmer for 20 minutes.
