Ingredients

1 ¼ torn spinach leaves
2 tablespoons water
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
1 ¼ all-purpose flour

Instructions

    1. In a saucepan, combine torn spinach leaves and water. Cover and simmer until the spinach is tender. Allow to cool slightly.
    2. Transfer the cooked spinach and liquid to a blender. Add egg and a hint of salt. Blend until a smooth mixture forms. Transfer to a bowl and gradually incorporate enough flour to form a firm dough.
