Instructions
1. | Begin by heating a combination of oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat. |

3. | Introduce the finely chopped jalapeño into the mix and allow it to heat through for 2 minutes. |
4. | Pour in the vegetable stock, prepared with vegetable stock cubes, and bring the mixture to a boil. |
5. | Incorporate the small pasta shapes into the broth. Rice can also be used for variation. |
6. | Simmer the soup until the pasta is tender and fully cooked. |
