A flavorful and light soup made with fresh grated tomatoes and a hint of jalapeño, simmered to perfection.

Ingredients

4 grated
1 finely chopped
1 knob of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 12 liters stock (vegetable)
handful small pasta shapes

Instructions

1. Begin by heating a combination of oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the freshly grated tomato pulp to the pan and sauté until it deepens in color.
3. Introduce the finely chopped jalapeño into the mix and allow it to heat through for 2 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable stock, prepared with vegetable stock cubes, and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Incorporate the small pasta shapes into the broth. Rice can also be used for variation.
6. Simmer the soup until the pasta is tender and fully cooked.
7. Serve the delightful Tomato Consommé with Grated Tomatoes and relish the flavors.
