Tomato Consommé with Grated Tomatoes

Instructions

- Begin by heating a combination of oil and butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the freshly grated tomato pulp to the pan and sauté until it deepens in color.
- Introduce the finely chopped jalapeño into the mix and allow it to heat through for 2 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable stock, prepared with vegetable stock cubes, and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Incorporate the small pasta shapes into the broth. Rice can also be used for variation.
- Simmer the soup until the pasta is tender and fully cooked.
