8 | cups orange blossom honey |

2 | cups white wine vinegar |
12 | large sprigs fresh mint |
Instructions
1. | In a pot, combine the orange blossom honey and water. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until the honey completely dissolves. Pour in the white wine vinegar, lower the heat, and let it simmer until the flavors meld together into a luscious syrup, approximately 20 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat. |
