1 cup sugar
½ cup parve non-dairy milk substitute or milk

1 (20 ounce) can canned crushed pineapple in juice
½ cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup corn flake crumbs
¼ cup brown sugar

Instructions

    1. Boil the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, melted margarine (or butter), sugar, non-dairy milk (or milk), salt, baking powder, and vanilla.
    3. Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and stir until well combined.
    4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    5. In a separate bowl, mix together the corn flake crumbs and brown sugar for the topping, then sprinkle over the kugel.
