Ingredients

1 lb medium shrimp, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
chili flakes
ΒΌ cup olive oil (about)

Instructions

    1. Prepare an 8" round ceramic dish by coating the bottom with a drizzle of olive oil.
    2. Layer the medium shrimp in the dish, ensuring the bottom is fully covered. Sprinkle thinly sliced garlic and chili flakes over the shrimp.
    3. Drizzle the shrimp with additional olive oil.
    4. Just before cooking, lightly season with salt.
    5. Cook the shrimp over medium-high heat until they are cooked through and the garlic begins to brown, approximately 5-10 minutes.
    6. For an extra burst of freshness, garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
