A delightful and refreshing punch perfect for any festive occasion.

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) can frozen cranberry juice concentrate, almost thawed
1 (12 ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, almost thawed
1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, almost thawed
1 bottle (750 ml) bottle white wine, chilled
2 bottles (750 ml) bottles champagne, chilled
1 liter 1 liter carbonated water or 1 liter club soda, chilled
1 lemon, sliced
12 cup ½ cup of fresh mint
1 (12 ounce) package strawberries or 1 (12 ounce) package raspberries, frozen

Instructions

    1. In a large punch bowl, combine the almost thawed frozen cranberry juice concentrate, pink lemonade concentrate, and limeade concentrate.
    2. Slowly pour in the chilled white wine, champagne, and carbonated water. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.
    3. Add sliced lemon, frozen strawberries or raspberries, and half a cup of fresh mint. Mix well.
    4. If you don't have a punch bowl, you can combine the ingredients in a large clean pot and transfer to pitchers for serving.
    5. For best flavor, add the frozen fruit just before serving. The mint can be kept in the punch for added flavor, but it can also be removed just before serving.
