Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Gently peel down the husks on the corn, removing the silks.
- In a large pot, place the corn and sprinkle with sugar. Cover the corn with cold water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
- Carefully pull the husks back up to cover the corn, then tie them closed with kitchen twine.
- Arrange the ears of corn directly on the oven rack and bake for 20 minutes.
