For Goulash

1 sliced onion
3 carrots, cut into small pieces
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
1 ½ teaspoons salt
¾ teaspoon pepper
2 beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
½ cup beef broth
¼ cup red wine
¼ cup tomato paste
4 teaspoons ground paprika
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons sour cream
8 egg noodles

Instructions

For Cooking

1. Place sliced onions and small pieces of carrots in the crockpot.
2. In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper. Toss the beef stew meat with this mixture and add it to the crockpot.
