For Cooking
- Place sliced onions and small pieces of carrots in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, dried marjoram, salt, and pepper. Toss the beef stew meat with this mixture and add it to the crockpot.
- In another bowl, mix beef broth, red wine, tomato paste, ground paprika, and minced garlic. Pour this mixture over the beef in the crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 7-8 hours until the stew is tender.
