Instructions

Cover the pan, reduce the heat to medium-low, and steam for 2 to 3 minutes until the spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally. Carefully remove the basket and drain the spinach. Transfer the spinach to a serving bowl, drizzle with a portion of the sherry wine vinegar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
