- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook the diced bacon until crispy; drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings.
- In the same skillet, sauté the chopped green bell pepper in the reserved drippings until tender; set aside.
- Drain one can of pork and beans.
