Ingredients

1 cup macadamia nuts, soaked for 2 hours and drained
3 12 water
4 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pinch salt
12 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1. In a high-speed blender, combine macadamia nuts, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract, salt, and optional cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
2. Store the vanilla macadamia nut milk in a tightly sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
