12 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 12 cornstarch
12 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
14 teaspoon salt
1 cup dulce de leche (store bought or homemade)

Instructions

    1. In a bowl, cream the butter until smooth, then add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
    2. Add one egg and the egg yolks, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and grated lemon rind.
    3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
    4. Using a small spoon, drop uniform spoonfuls of batter onto a well-buttered baking sheet, allowing space for spreading during baking.
    5. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
