Baked Chicken with Creamy Rice

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 375ºF. In a 3-quart baking dish, combine the can of cream of chicken and broccoli soup, water, uncooked rice, sliced mushrooms, and half of the French-fried onions. Place the chicken breasts on top and sprinkle with paprika and pepper. Bake for one hour until the chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle the remaining French-fried onions on top and bake for an additional 3 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown. |
