2 lbs unshelled large raw shrimp (deheaded)
2 (12 ounce) cans light beer
2 tablespoons crab boil seasoning

Instructions

    1. In a large pot, bring the beer to a vigorous boil after seasoning has been added.
    2. Carefully incorporate the shrimp into the boiling beer, then cover the pot.
    3. Allow the mixture to return to a boil and then reduce to a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
    4. Turn off the heat and let the shrimp steep in the hot beer for a minimum of 3 minutes.
    5. Drain the shrimp thoroughly and plate immediately.
