Cajun Spiced Garlic Bread

A flavorful and aromatic loaf of bread infused with Cajun spices and garlic, perfect for any occasion.

3 | cloves garlic, minced |
2 | teaspoons paprika |
1 | teaspoon dried thyme |
1 | teaspoon oregano |
1 | teaspoon celery seed |
1 ½ | tablespoons hot sauce (Tabasco or peri-peri will do) |
1 | tablespoon cider vinegar |
1 | loaf French bread or 1 loaf sourdough bread |
Instructions

- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, oregano, celery seed, hot sauce, and cider vinegar.
- Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts almost to the bottom of the French or sourdough bread in 1" intervals.
- Spread the Cajun spiced butter mixture generously between each slice of the bread.
- Carefully wrap the prepared loaf in double layers of foil to seal in the flavors.
- Cook the garlic bread on a preheated BBQ grill, positioned 6" from the heat source, for about 25 minutes, turning it often until crusty and aromatic. Serve the bread hot.
