2 | tablespoons avocado oil |

Instructions
1. | Pulverize the Annie's organic cheddar squares in a food processor until they form fine bread crumbs. |

2. | In a small bowl, whisk the egg and season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt. Dip the fish fillets in the beaten egg, then coat them in the cheddar squares crumbs. |
