   Chef's Creamy Boiled Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
| 6- 8 | ears corn, husks and silk removed |

| 1 | cup milk | 
| 1⁄4 | cup whipping cream, unwhipped (or use 1-¼ cups milk) | 
| 1⁄3 | cup sugar (can use more sugar) | 
| 1⁄4 | cup butter (optional, add to the water) | 
Instructions
| 1. | In a large stock pot, fill it halfway with water, ensuring there is enough space to accommodate all the corn. |

| 3. | Bring the mixture to a vigorous boil, then carefully place the corn cobs into the pot. |
