Indulge in the heavenly taste of these perfectly baked cinnamon rolls with a delightful powdered sugar glaze.

Ingredients

1 14 cups milk
12 cup sugar
2 packages dry yeast
12 cup water (110-115 degrees)
1 teaspoon sugar
6 flour, half all-purpose and half bread flour
2 eggs
12 cup butter, room temperature
2 teaspoons salt
34 cup sugar
1 14 cups brown sugar
5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
34 cup butter

Instructions

    1. Begin by softening the yeast in 1/2 cup of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar added. Set it aside for five minutes.
    2. In a large bowl, combine milk, sugar, salt, and about one cup of flour. Beat the mixture well using a wooden spoon.
    3. Add the eggs and yeast mixture along with a couple of cups of flour. Beat the mixture again.
    4. Incorporate the soft butter and the remaining flour slowly. Continue adding flour until the dough is too stiff to stir.
    5. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and satiny, adding only enough flour to prevent sticking.
    6. Add more flour as needed.
    7. Place the dough in a greased bowl, ensuring all sides are greased. Allow it to rise in a warm place until double in size, approximately an hour. Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. For ideal conditions, place the bowl in a slightly warm oven with the light on, reaching a temperature of around 90 degrees.
    8. Punch down the dough, knead for about 30 seconds to remove bubbles, cover, and let it rise again.
    9. Punch down the dough once more.
    10. Divide the dough into four parts, shape them into balls, and roll each ball into an 8 x 14-inch rectangle.
    11. Spread about 3 tablespoons of butter on the dough, leaving the far edge unbuttered.
    12. Evenly spread one fourth of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the dough.
    13. Roll up the dough tightly, pinch the edges, and cut into slices.
    14. Place the slices in a greased pan and allow them to rise until double in size, which should take 45-60 minutes.
    15. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes.
    16. After baking, top with a generous amount of powdered sugar glaze or a light coating of canned vanilla frosting.
