A hearty and flavorful dish of beans, ground beef, and bacon, slow-baked to perfection.
1 | pound ground beef, browned |

1 | medium diced onion |
1⁄2 | pound bacon, cook crisp and save drippings |
1 | ((16 ounce)) can great northern beans |
1 | ((16 ounce)) can kidney beans |
1 | ((16 ounce)) can pork n' beans |
1⁄2 | cup brown sugar |
1⁄2 | cup white sugar |
1⁄2 | cup ketchup |
1⁄2 | tablespoon prepared yellow mustard |
1 | tablespoon molasses |
1 | dash Worcestershire sauce |
| 1. | Begin by cooking the bacon until crisp. |

| 2. | In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion. |
| 3. | Transfer the cooked bacon, browned ground beef, and diced onion into a large oven roaster, preferably an Enamelware roaster. |
| 4. | Add the great northern beans, kidney beans, and pork n' beans to the roaster without draining them. |
| 5. | In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, white sugar, ketchup, prepared yellow mustard, molasses, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. |
| 6. | Pour the mixture over the meat and beans in the roaster, and stir well to combine all the ingredients. |
| 7. | Cover the roaster and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. |
| 8. | Remove the lid or foil, and bake for an additional 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together perfectly. |
