Instructions
1. | Prepare the kale by shredding it into palm-sized pieces, removing the tough ribs and stalks. Drizzle with high-quality extra virgin olive oil and gently massage the kale until it softens and darkens in color, reducing its overall volume. |

2. | Season the kale with salt, pepper, citrus-flavored vinegar (blood orange), chopped cilantro, tangerine juice, and garlic. Toss well to ensure that all the greens are coated in the dressing. |
3. | Fold in the remaining chopped ingredients including avocado, jalapenos, chopped tangerines, pepitas or sunflower seeds, prepared black beans, green onions, and chopped red pepper. Mix until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
