Ingredients

½ cup real butter, no substitutes
1 pint heavy whipping cream
garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 dash dash of cayenne pepper
cup grated parmesan cheese or Romano cheese
fettuccine, cooked
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley (to garnish)
8 ounces cream cheese (optional, add at the end to thicken)

Instructions
