1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ cup chopped onion
chopped green bell peppers
2 chopped cooked chicken
1 smoked sausage
2 cooked rice
2 rinsed and drained red kidney beans
2 diced canned tomatoes
1 cup medium hot salsa
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and green bell pepper. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
