Coastal Gelatin Delight

A refreshing and ocean-inspired gelatin salad that is perfect for a seaside gathering.
Ingredients
| 4 | (3 ounce) packages berry blue gelatin mix |

| 3 | cups boiling water |
| 3 | cups cold water |
| 1 | (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
| 1 3⁄4 | cups graham cracker crumbs (about 28 squares) |
| 6 | tablespoons butter or margarine, melted |
| 1⁄4 | cup sugar |
| decorative candies, for decorating |

- In a large bowl, carefully dissolve the berry blue gelatin mix in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water and the drained crushed pineapple. Pour the mixture into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish and refrigerate until set. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Cover and refrigerate this mixture as well. Just before serving, sprinkle the cracker mixture over half of the gelatin to create a sandy beach effect. Decorate with your choice of decorative candies to complete the seaside theme.
