2 cups Minute Rice
4 - 8 ounces heavy cream or half-and-half
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ lbs Velveeta cheese, thickly sliced
2 - 3 chicken breasts, cubed (optional)

Instructions

For preparing the casserole

1. Select a variety of frozen vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, or brussel sprouts.
2. Boil the vegetables until they are close to reaching your desired tenderness.
3. Cook the Minute Rice according to package instructions.
