Instructions

Mastering the Corn Polenta
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare a 7-1/2" by 11-3/4" pan or 2-quart casserole by greasing it with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
