Creamy Ranch Pinwheels

Ingredients

2	(8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1	(1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
2	minced green onions
4	(12 inch) flour tortillas
1⁄2	cup diced red bell pepper
1⁄2	cup diced celery
1	(2 ounce) can sliced black olives
1⁄2	cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

• 1. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and minced green onions.
  2. Spread this flavorful mixture evenly on each flour tortilla. Sprinkle diced red bell pepper, celery, sliced black olives, and shredded cheddar cheese over the creamy base.
  3. Carefully roll up the tortillas, then tightly wrap them in aluminum foil.
  4. Allow the pinwheels to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, trim off the ends of the rolls and slice them into 1-inch rounds for a beautiful presentation.
