Creamy Rutabaga and Carrot Mash

1⁄4 | cup light table cream |
1⁄3 | cup shredded asiago cheese |

Instructions
1. | Begin by chopping the rutabagas and carrots into small, even pieces. Place them in a steamer and steam for about 15 minutes, or until they are tender and can be easily mashed with a fork. |

2. | Transfer the cooked root vegetables to a mixing bowl. Add in the light table cream and butter. Using a potato masher, gently mash the vegetables together, being careful not to overdo it, leaving a slightly chunky texture. |
