34 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (not instant)
12 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare 2 large baking sheets by spraying them with nonstick spray.
3. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
