1 | cup smooth peanut butter |
6 | cups Rice Krispies |
2 | cups mini chocolate chips, divided |
Preparation | |

| 1. | Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil and lightly spray with vegetable spray. |
| 2. | In a 3-quart saucepan, mix sugar and corn syrup until the mixture boils. |
| 3. | Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted. |
| 4. | Add Rice Krispies, stirring until well coated. |
| 5. | Mix in 1 cup of mini chocolate chips, distributing them evenly. Don't worry if they melt. |
| 6. | Press the mixture into the pan and sprinkle the remaining cup of chocolate chips on top, pressing down slightly. |
| 7. | Allow to cool, then lift the foil out of the pan and cut into squares. A pizza cutter works great for this. |
