Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using a mixer, blend flour, oats, 3/4 cup of brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Set aside 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture. Press the remaining crumbs into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually mix in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Stir in ReaLemon juice and spread the mixture over the baked crust.
- In another bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Spoon this mixture over the cream cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool, then cut into bars before serving.
