| 2. | In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, melted margarine, and 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. | 
| 3. | Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 15x10 inch baking pan. |

| 1. | In a large mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. | 
| 2. | Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mixing well. | 
| 3. | Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle with the chopped nuts. | 
| 4. | Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set. Allow to cool. | 
| 5. | Refrigerate the bars and once chilled, cut into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator. |
