1 | package cream cheese, softened |
1 | can sweetened condensed milk |

1 | cup chopped nuts |

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixer bowl, on low speed, combine the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, melted margarine, and 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice until crumbly.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 15x10 inch baking pan.

Assembly and Baking
- In a large mixer bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, and salt; mixing well.
- Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle with the chopped nuts.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set. Allow to cool.
- Refrigerate the bars and once chilled, cut into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator.
