Dill Infused Cucumber and Avocado Salad

Ingredients

1 | clove garlic, quartered |
2 | tablespoons white sugar |
1 | teaspoon salt |
1 | ripe avocado - peeled, pitted and chopped |
¼ | cup red wine vinegar |
Instructions
1. | Begin by placing the thinly sliced cucumber, red onion, fresh dill, quartered garlic, sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Toss the ingredients gently and allow them to marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. |
