3 | (15 ounce) cans black beans, rinsed and drained, divided |
1 | (8.75 ounce) can whole kernel corn |

1 | (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes |

1. | Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add carrots, onion, and garlic; cook and stir until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder and ground cumin; cook and stir until evenly coated, about 2 minutes. |
