Elegant Ham and Potato Cup Delight

Ingredients
For the Potato Cups | |

½ | (32 ounce) package frozen fried potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®) |
For the Filling | |
½ | (16 ounce) package Farmland® Cubed Ham |
1 ½ | cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives |
Instructions
For the Potato Cups | |

1. | Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). |
2. | Coat 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin tins with nonstick cooking spray. |
3. | Place 4 potato nuggets in each muffin tin and bake for 12 minutes. |
4. | Remove from the oven and use the bottom of a 1/4-cup measure to press the potatoes into the bottom and partway up the sides. |
5. | Return to the oven and bake for an additional 12 minutes. |
Assembling the Cups | |
1. | Divide the cubed ham among the potato cups and bake for 10 more minutes or until the cups are crisp, brown, and the ham is heated through. |
2. | Divide the shredded Monterey Jack cheese among the cups and bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese is melted and edges are golden. |
3. | Remove from the tins and garnish with sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives. |
