Elegant Bacon and Eggs Breakfast Salad
A delightful and sophisticated breakfast salad featuring mixed greens, crispy bacon, sunny-side-up eggs, and a zesty orange dressing.
Ingredients

2 | cups day old rustic bread, cut into bite-sized cubes |
3 | tablespoons butter |

Instructions
1. | Prepare the dressing by combining orange juice, zest, Champagne vinegar, olive oil, fresh grated ginger, salt, and white pepper in a half pint mason jar. Close the lid securely and shake vigorously until the dressing is emulsified and smooth. Alternatively, whisk the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. |

2. | For the croutons, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bite-sized bread cubes, sprinkle with salt, and allow them to brown on one side for a minute or two. Stir gently and continue cooking for a few more minutes until the croutons are golden brown and crispy. |
