Instructions

For preparing crab mixture and chicken breasts
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Finely chop the imitation crabmeat.
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, and savory herb soup mix. Mix well using a hand mixer and set aside.
- Carefully create a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the prepared crab mixture.

- In separate shallow dishes, place flour, beaten eggs, and Italian breadcrumbs.
- Coat each stuffed chicken breast first in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs. Optionally, mix some parmesan cheese into the breadcrumbs for extra flavor.
