Instructions
1. | Begin by placing the red boiling potatoes in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and gently simmer. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. The potatoes should be ready when a thin-bladed paring knife or metal skewer can easily be inserted and removed with no resistance, typically 25 to 30 minutes. Drain the potatoes, rinse under cold water, and drain again. Allow them to cool slightly. |
