A comforting and flavorful pork chop bake with a golden mushroom twist, perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) box chicken flavor stuffing mix, such as Stove Top
1 (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup, divided
1/2 cup water
2 cups frozen vegetables, 'broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mix'
4 pork chops
salt and pepper
garlic powder
seasoning salt

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine half of the golden mushroom soup, water, and chicken flavor stuffing mix. Stir until the stuffing is moistened, then mix in the frozen vegetables.
3. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning salt.
4. Spread the stuffing mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and place the seasoned pork chops on top.
5. Top each pork chop with the remaining golden mushroom soup.
6. Bake the casserole uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
