Golden Mushroom Pork Chop Casserole
A comforting and flavorful pork chop bake with a golden mushroom twist, perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients
1 | (6 ounce) box chicken flavor stuffing mix, such as Stove Top |

1 | (10 ¾ ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup, divided |
1/2 | cup water |
2 | cups frozen vegetables, 'broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mix' |
4 | pork chops |

Instructions
1. | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray. |

2. | In a mixing bowl, combine half of the golden mushroom soup, water, and chicken flavor stuffing mix. Stir until the stuffing is moistened, then mix in the frozen vegetables. |
3. | Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and seasoning salt. |
4. | Spread the stuffing mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish and place the seasoned pork chops on top. |
5. | Top each pork chop with the remaining golden mushroom soup. |
6. | Bake the casserole uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through. |
